During the 2024 Beijing Auto Show, the exhibition area of CCAG is divided into five categories: power-train and electric drive, intelligent chassis, thermal management system, special components, and logistics. It covers over 30 exhibits including new energy efficient engines, permanent magnet synchronous seven-in-one electric drive assemblies, drive motors, wire-controlled integrated chassis, thermal pump air conditioning systems, etc, comprehensively showcasing the company's technological capabilities and reserves in areas such as intelligence and electrification.

Introduction of Core Exhibits:

1.Wire-controlled Integrated Chassis: CCAG has laid out three major wire-controlled products: braking-by-wire, steering, and suspension. It possesses full-stack capabilities in intelligent wire-controlled chassis research, production, supply, and sales. The wire-controlled integrated chassis integrates braking-by-wire, wire-controlled suspension, and wire-controlled steering products, achieving wire-controlled mechanical decoupling, with technological advantages to assist customers in cost reduction.

2.The PMS 7-in-1 E-drive Assembly (PEF20B): is a compact and cost-effective electric drive product that integrates 7 key functional units including E-motor, MCU, reducer, PDU, OBC, DCDC, and DCAC to achieve optimal performance. Featuring a "4S" technical label, this product delivers unmatched power, extended lifespan, whisper-quiet operation, and exceptional efficiency, making it the top choice for both A-level and B-level vehicles.

3.Dual-Motor Intelligent Electric Drive (HFE30C): The P13 configuration DHT dual-motor hybrid transmission boasts an innovative design with oil-cooled flat wire motors, highly integrated dual controller, and a single-gear engine. Its hydraulic system includes an e-pump and an integrated mechanical pump. With features like a parking mechanism, compact structure, smooth functioning, impressive noise control, and unmatched efficiency, this product is versatile enough to be used in HEV, PHEV passenger cars, and commercial vehicles.


4.M15NTDE (1.5TD) New Energy Efficient Engine: It adopts advanced technologies such as 350-bar direct injection system, deep Miller cycle, high compression ratio, fully electronic controlled turbocharger, low-pressure cooling EGR system, fully variable oil pump, electronic water pump, electronic controlled piston cooling nozzle, comprehensive friction reduction, etc. By optimizing and calibrating the core working area, increasing the coverage area of efficient regions, the engine always operates at its optimum condition. It undergoes multidimensional tuning control in structural design, combustion control, torsional vibration control, etc. Extensive use of lightweight materials achieves maximum weight reduction and compact design, meeting the stage five and China VI b+RDE emission standards for passenger cars, and the product is at an internationally leading level. It is suitable for mid-to-high-end new energy passenger cars, pickups, and specialty products in multiple fields.

5.Heat pump air conditioning system: Electric drive and ambient dual source heat pump system, which can realize electric drive waste heat recovery, widen the lower operating temperature limit of the heat pump, and reduce the energy consumption of the entire vehicle. Adopting an integrated design, the refrigerant circuit + coolant circuit are integrated. Higher integration and modularization, 9-way valve application, reducing costs and vehicle layout space

3. 青山双电机数智电驱（HFE30C)：青山双电机数智电驱是一款P13构型DHT双电机混合动力变速器，使用油冷扁线电机，高度集成双电控，发动机单档设计，液压系统为电子泵与液压模块总成组合（集成机械泵），具备驻车机构，具备结构紧凑、超级平顺、极致静谧、超高效率等特点，可适配HEV、PHEV乘用车及商用车。
4，M15NTDE（1.5TD）新能源高效发动机：采用350bar直喷系统、深度米勒循环、高压缩比、全电控增压器、低压冷却 EGR 系统、全可变机油泵、电子水泵、电控活塞冷却喷嘴、全面减摩等先进技术。通过对核心工作区域进行优化标定，增加高效区域的覆盖面积，使发动机始终运行在最佳工况点；从结构设计、燃烧控制、扭振控制等多维度进行调校控制；广泛应用轻量化材料，实现最大程度轻量化、紧凑化设计，满足乘用车五阶段和国六b+RDE排放标准，产品处于国际领先水平。适用于中高端新能源乘用车、皮卡及特种产品等多领域。
5，热泵空调系统：电驱和环境双热源直接式热泵系统，可实现电驱余热回收，拓宽热泵工作下限温度，降低整车能耗。采用集成式设计，冷媒回路+冷却液回路集成。集成度、模块化程度更高，9通阀应用，降低成本和整车布置空间
